The Jackson Lewis Memorial Foundation
A nonprofit dedicated to preventing suicide in children and teens through awareness, education, and research.
Created in memory of Jackson Lewis (2020), our mission is to support kids under 18 who feel like there is no way forward by expanding access to mental health resources, reducing stigma, and funding long-term solutions.
Every life impacted by suicide represents a preventable loss - and a call to action for change.
100% of donations go directly toward programs, outreach, and research.
Our Three Pillars
Everything we do is centered around creating hope, reducing stigma, and building real support systems for young people struggling with mental health challenges.
Awareness
Every suicide is a tragedy - and many are preventable with the right support and resources. Through events, outreach, and community initiatives, we aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage open conversations before it is too late.
Education
Working with schools and local organizations to create meaningful conversations around mental health. By sharing real experiences and practical resources, we hope to help struggling students recognize that they are not alone and that help is available.
Research
Long-term progress requires scientific understanding and innovation. As the foundation grows, our goal is to support organizations and institutions developing treatments and solutions for mental health challenges that can lead to suicide.
HOPE
All three of our pillars contribute to one shared goal: creating hope for anyone affected by suicide and mental health struggles. Hope that there is support available. Hope that things can improve. Hope that no young person has to feel alone in what they are facing.
Community Impact
From our annual Memorial 5K to local fundraising partnerships and community-supported events, the foundation works to keep conversations around youth mental health and suicide prevention active within our community. Every event helps honor Jackson’s memory while continuing to spread awareness, encourage support, and build hope for young people and families affected by mental health struggles.
